This mystery person (or group) has been papering Portland with hearts since 1976, a tradition that began here but has since spread to other cities. Every Valentine’s Day morning, residents look forward to seeing hundreds of red hearts on windows, doors and buildings throughout the city. Happy Valentine’s Day! My fave thing ever. Though this year was super disappointing.
